This is artworxLA’s 11th year organizing a career day for advanced-level students and alumni. The goal of this event is to expose our students to careers they didn’t know existed. We want them to understand how each panelist arrived at their current profession. What was your path that got you here? What were your challenges? Who were your mentors? What keeps you excited about your profession? Where does your creative impulse come from? We want them to understand that creativity is a skill that can be applied to a variety of career paths from marketing and promotion in film, creating film content, designing architectural spaces to being a visual artist and curating art exhibitions.
Park in the Walter J. Towers Parking Lot and we will validate you parking in our office. Entrance is on Westlake Blvd., just south of Wilshire Blvd.
