artworxLA students and muralist Patrick Henry Johnson unveiled a new mural commemorating African American soldiers in the United States Armed Forces. This mural was commissioned by Councilman Curren D. Price, Jr., Union Bank, and the Department of Cultural Affairs and can be seen outside the Bowie Benjamin J. American Legion Post #228 in South Central Los Angeles. Join our students in August for the official public unveiling and celebration.
