Advanced Programs Presentation

artworxLA Advanced Programs students had their Spring 2018 Fashion and Visual Art Residency Culmination at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in downtown Los Angeles as a part of their MOCA Family Day. Through fashion design, drawing, painting and collaging, artworxLA students presented works inspired by MOCA's collection of contemporary artworks at their Spring culmination event. Supported by friends and family, each student recapped the creative advancements they received while participating in their 10-week art intensive courses with professional artists from Otis College of Art and Design and ArtCenter College.

We thank Jenna Gibson and Amy Bond for guiding our students through these hands-on enriching courses that have inspired our students to develop deep lasting connections to neighboring Art institutions and creative career options for life after high school. Congratulations artworxLA Advanced Programs Students!
