Caroline first came to artworxLA in 2015 as an MSW intern from the USC School of Social Work. During this time with artworxLA, she focused on researching and developing opportunities for wrap-around services, to further serve our student population in communities throughout Los Angeles County. Since then, Caroline joined the team full time to work on developing and managing a pathways program focused on formerly justice involved youth through one of our largest federally funded grant opportunities from the Department of Labor. Now, Caroline serves as artworxLA's Creative Pathways Specialist, working with our youth through creativity and arts based learning with a focus on building creative career pathways and opportunities, equity and inclusion, and connecting our youth to external opportunities in the arts and entertainment and media industries.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Media from California Institute of the Arts and a Master of Social Work from University of Southern California with an emphasis on art therapy and exploring how the arts intersect with social impact and community development. As a photographer and videographer, her work emphasizes creativity and storytelling as an implement of social impact and change. Caroline is also a singer/songwriter and performs throughout Southern California.
