LA County Department Arts & Culture Internship

LA County Department Arts & Culture Internship Announcement

Interested in an Arts Internship this summer with Los Angeles County Arts & Culture? artworxLA is hiring! We're hiring for:

  • Design & Communications Intern

  • Development & Fundraising Intern

The first batch of positions have been posted on the LACAC website. Positions will continue to be posted on our website on a regular basis through the end of the year. Students will still be able to work 400 hours at a rate of $15.00/hour; however, available positions will range from 15 hours per week through a full-time schedule depending on the needs of host organizations. Due to social distancing guidelines in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, some internships will be working remotely for part or all of the internship. Students will continue to apply directly to the host organizations they are interested in as those positions are posted. To apply, visit the link below, or see links on our site under “Get Involved”.

Gearing Up For Fall 2020

While our Advanced Programs students are completing their summer scholarship opportunities, our team is working on new programming and grants for Fall 2020. With LAUSD’s decision to continue online learning in the fall, we are developing new thematic content and strategies for making the arts accessible at home and outside of the classroom.
