The artworxLA Student Internship Program offers students an authentic learning opportunity through art workshops, mentorship, social engagement, and leadership. This program helps participants to cultivate creativity while embarking on an informed path towards education and employment. Based in various art forms, our program develops organizational and time management skills, problem-solving, communication skills, and working in one-on-one and group settings. The internship is also an opportunity to connect students to resources beyond the arts such as résumé building, financial literacy, college preparation, job preparation, and public speaking. *The student internship does require in-person meetings with the permission of a guardian and documentation of Covid-19 vaccination.*
