Director Marc Webb visits HMAA

On May 1, 2014, students of the Hollywood Media Arts Academy got to meet and interact with Marc Webb, Director of The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Passionate about art and education, Marc shared his own stories of how his dedication to art and his studies enabled him to become successful as a creative professional and celebrated Director.

Marc toured the Academy, witnessing both academic and art classes and even sat in with HMAA's very own rock band! Students shared their work and their love for storytelling, especially through comic books. Many students who are Spiderman fans asked questions about how the films were developed from a storytelling perspective.
