Zion

Zion Galvan joined our artistic programming at Amelia Earhart in the Fall of 2016. Before joining artworxLA, Zion moved constantly from school to school until he was introduced to an 11-week workshop with Irina Contreras. Inspired by this experience, Zion climbed our programming ladder and completed a Visual Arts Residency with ArtCenter College. In early 2017, Zion joined our Advanced Programs Leadership and Development workshop and participated in our Music Residency with The Young Producers Group. Passionate about illustration, Zion has often professed his goals of strengthening his talents as an artist by connecting with other accomplished illustrators and working hard to deepen his talents in drawing.
